Background info: Meet Niels Timmerman, proud owner of the AirMighty Megascene – a lifestyle magazine about oldtimer VolksWagens (VW). This mini documentary gives you more insight about the person behind the magazine. He speaks about how he enjoys the air-cooled VW scene nowadays. “It’s about the people. The cars just brings them together” he says. “The aircooled VW scene brings me and my family a lot of joy, friendships and travels. I’m really proud to be part of the scene. I hope that our followers enjoy all the reports and articles that we can share with them through the magazine.”
Together with his best friend Marco de Waal he has an amazingly cool garage near Amersfoort. From this workshop they’ve fixed up and restored many eye catchers. Born and raised in the city of Amersfoort both Niels and Marco now travel all around the world to meet other enthusiasts, show their cars and explore the VW scene.
